My sister gave me Keys to the Kitchen by Aida Mollenkamp for Christmas, and I’ve clung to it more than most things. On top of amazing recipes, it has awesome tips for how to store food, necessities for a small (a.k.a. post-grad) kitchen, how to prepare all types of meat, and more. It’s seriously cool, but you’ll have to buy your own or pry my copy out of my tiny hands.
